6年来,我院治疗卵巢上皮性癌36例,现将体会报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组36例,年龄最小13岁,最大81岁,平均年龄47岁。其中浆液性囊腺癌14例,粘液性囊腺癌11例,子宫内膜样癌8例,透明细胞癌3例。36例中,均是中晚期。1.2 治疗方法 (1)手术:36例患者均经初次手术,术式:30例行全子宫、双附件、阑尾、大部分大网膜切除,其中2例同时切除肠转移病灶。2例行全子宫、双
In the past 6 years, 36 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer have been treated in our hospital. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information The group of 36 patients, the youngest 13 years old, the largest 81 years old, with an average age of 47 years. There were 14 cases of serous cystadenocarcinoma, 11 cases of mucinous cystadenocarcinoma, 8 cases of endometrial carcinoma, and 3 cases of clear cell carcinoma.
