目的观察盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的治疗效果及不良反应。方法 96例患者随机分成两组,治疗组49例,对照组47例,治疗组用盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片治疗,对照组用制霉菌素栓治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组有效率95.9%,高于对照组78.7%,差异有统计学意义。治疗组一年复发率4.1%,明显小于对照组21.3%,差异有统计学意义。不良反应小。结论盐酸特比萘芬阴道泡腾片治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病安全有效。
Objective To observe the curative effect and adverse reactions of terbinafine hydrochloride vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups: 49 cases in the treatment group and 47 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with terbinafine hydrochloride vaginal effervescent tablets. The control group was treated with nystatin and the therapeutic effects were observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.9%, 78.7% higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant. The one-year recurrence rate in the treatment group was 4.1%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (21.3%), the difference was statistically significant. Adverse reactions are small. Conclusion Terbinafine hydrochloride vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis is safe and effective.
