党的十四届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,全面、系统地总结了我国十多年来经济体制改革的实践经验,科学、准确地回答了深化改革需要注意把握和解决的重要问题,勾画了建立社会主义市场经济体制的基本框架,描绘了本世纪末的宏伟蓝图。我们要全面贯彻《决定》,不断深化改革,在已经取得伟大成就的基础上开拓进取,再创辉煌。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Issues Concerning the Establishment of a Socialist Market Economic System,” which was passed at the Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party, comprehensively and systematically summarizes the practical experience of China’s economic restructuring over the past decade and responds scientifically and accurately Deepening the reform needs to pay attention to the important issues to be grasped and solved, outline the basic framework for the establishment of a socialist market economic system, and describe the grand blueprint for the end of this century. We must fully implement the “Decision” and deepen the reform unceasingly. We must forge ahead and create greater glories on the basis of the great achievements we have made.
