李铁映提出要着力研究、解决好五个方面的问题:①理顺国有企业的产权关系,推进现代企业制度建设;②培育市场体系,发展市场中介组织;③摸索经济发展的内在规律,实现国民经济的持续、快速、健康发展;④稳定粮棉生产、调动农民积极性、合理安排农村劳动力,振兴农村经济;⑤正确处理好改革、发展和稳定的关系。
Li Tieying proposed putting forth efforts to study and solve problems in five areas: (1) rationalizing the property rights relations of state-owned enterprises and promoting the construction of modern enterprise systems; (2) fostering market systems and developing market intermediaries; (3) exploring the inherent laws of economic development and realizing the national economy The sustainable, rapid and healthy development; ④ stabilize the grain and cotton production, mobilize the enthusiasm of peasants, rationally arrange the rural labor force and rejuvenate the rural economy; and ⑤ correctly handle the relations between reform, development and stability.
