在中国振动工程学会成立大会暨第一次全国代表大会会议期间《振动与冲击》编辑委员会第四次工作会议于1987年5月7日在南京同时召开,32名编委出席了会议,会议由黄文虎教授主持,编辑部罗友祥同志在会上做了创刊五年来的工作汇报。五年来,该杂志在各级领导部门的关怀、全体编委共同努力和广大作者、读者及有关工厂的热情支持及本刊挂靠单位交通部上海船舶运输科学研究所的具体组织下,到目前为止已出版了21期,共刊登专题论文、综述、成果应用等196篇文章和150则动态,并开展八次学术交流活动
The 4th Working Meeting of the Editorial Board of “Vibration and Shock” during the Founding Meeting of the Chinese Vibration Engineering Society and the First National Congress was held in Nanjing on May 7, 1987 with 32 editorial board members present at the meeting. The meeting was attended by Professor Huang Wenhu chaired the editorial department Comrade Luo Youxiang at the meeting made a start five years of work report. Over the past five years, with the support of the leading departments at all levels, the joint efforts of all the editorial boards and the enthusiastic support of the vast number of authors, readers and related factories, and the publication of the magazine affiliated to the Shanghai Shipping Institute of Shipping and Transportation of the Ministry of Communications, Has published 21 issues, published a thematic papers, reviews, achievements and other 196 articles and 150 dynamic, and conduct eight academic exchange activities
