1983年12月28日下午,法律界、经济界、统计界在京的负责同志和专家、学者,以及北京市,天津市有关方面的同志举行《中华人民共和国统计法》座谈会。座谈会由国务院副秘书长、国务院经济法规研究中心负责人顾明主持。与会同志对《统计法》的意义和如何贯彻实施进行了热烈的讨论,提出了自己的看法。现将各位与会同志的发言内容在本刊第三、四期连续刊载
On the afternoon of December 28, 1983, comrades from the legal circles, economic circles, statistical circles in Beijing and experts and scholars, as well as comrades from relevant departments of Beijing Municipality and Tianjin Municipality held a forum on “Statistical Law of the People’s Republic of China.” The forum was presided over by Gu Ming, the deputy secretary general of the State Council and head of the State Council’s Economic and Legal Research Center. The participating comrades held a lively discussion on the meaning of “Statistics Law” and how to implement it, and put forward their own views. The presentations of all the participating comrades are now published continuously in the third and fourth issue of this issue
