“工学结合”是高职教育理念的重大变革,大力推行工学结合,突出实践能力培养,是我国高职教育改革和发展的必由之路。工学结合的教学模式能够实现学校、学生、企业和社会等方面的多赢,本文就目前高职会计专业课程体系、教学手段方法、实践教学等环境进行分析,指出适应新形式发展的“工学结合”会计人才培养模式。
“Combination of work with study” is a major change in the concept of higher vocational education. To vigorously promote the combination of work and study and to cultivate practical ability are the only ways for the reform and development of our higher vocational education. The combination of work and study can achieve win-win situation for schools, students, enterprises and society. This paper analyzes the current accounting system of higher vocational education, teaching methods and practice teaching, and points out that the adaptation of “ Combination of ”accounting personnel training mode.
