甘蔗品种新台糖 1 6号用适当浓度的三十烷醇 (AT)浸种 30 h,对种茎根点和芽的萌发与生长有明显的促进作用 ;并且能极显著地提高蔗苗叶片的叶绿素含量 ,硝酸还原酶活性和蛋白质含量 ,增强了蔗苗的光合作用能力 ,对氮代谢有明显的促进作用 ,从而加快了蔗苗的生长。在4± 1℃低温胁迫 7d,适当浓度的 AT能减缓蔗苗叶片叶绿素的解体速度 ;降低细胞质膜的透性 ,使电解质外渗显著减少。
