体育是一门以身体练习为主要手段,以增进中小学生健康为主要目的的必修课程。它是学校教育体系的重要组成部分,也是培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展人才的重要途径。但是,对于小学阶段的体育教学而言,由于种种不利因素的存在,如体育教师忽视小学阶段学生的兴趣爱好和认知水平,采取单一、枯燥的教学方法等,导致小学体育教学成效一直处于不理想水平。如何优化课堂教学策略成为广大体育教师高度关注和重点解决的重要问题。
