21世纪知识经济的到来,不仅使科学技术成为推动社会经济增长的主要源泉和内在驱动力,更给人类自身发展开辟了广阔的前景。科技以人为本,知识决定命运,无不预示着教育在当今时代的重要意义。时代呼唤着创新,今天,创新比以往任何时候都显得重要。于是,大力提高民族的科技素养就成为一项重大而艰巨的任务。小学教育义不容辞地担任起了培养和提高小学生科技素养的重大责任。
The advent of the knowledge economy in the 21st century has not only made science and technology a major source and inner driving force for promoting social and economic growth, but also opened up vast prospects for the development of mankind itself. People-oriented science and technology, knowledge determines the fate, all foreshadowed the importance of education in today’s era. Times call for innovation, and today innovation is more important than ever. Therefore, it has become a major and arduous task to vigorously raise the scientific and technological accomplishments of the nation. It is incumbent on primary education to play a major responsibility in cultivating and improving primary school students’ scientific and technological accomplishments.
