利用国际上近几年发展起来的扫描电子声显微镜技术,对BaTiO3铁电陶瓷材料及其单晶进行电子声成像实验。结果表明:利用扫描电子声显微镜技术在不对样品表面进行任何处理的情况下,可以直接对电畴结构进行观察。实验结果显示出扫描电子声显微成像技术在对铁电材料的电畴结构微观分析中的优越性,为在微观领域分析研究铁电材料的电畴结构提供了一种新的观察与分析手段。
The electronic acoustic imaging experiment of BaTiO3 ferroelectric ceramic material and its single crystal is carried out by using the scanning electronic sound microscope technology developed in the world in recent years. The results show that the structure of the domain can be observed directly without any treatment on the surface of the sample by means of scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results show the superiority of scanning electroacoustic microscopy in the micro-analysis of the domain structure of ferroelectric materials and provide a new means of observation and analysis for the analysis of the domain structure of ferroelectric materials in the micro-domain .
