我矿井2KJ-3/20型提升机滚筒衬板原设计为木衬，滚筒一层容绳量339m（副井提升高度实际为285m，且滚筒上必须留有足够的根绳和试验绳的余量）。滚筒应有370m钢丝绳的容量才能保证副井的安全提升。原衬板为木衬，其根绳部不带绳槽，衬木厚度变小，从而多缠两层钢丝绳，以保证滚筒上的钢丝绳有足够的余量。
