On April 26 and 27, a team of National Counsellors from 24 EU member states gathered in Chengdu, capital city of southwest China’s Sichuan Province, to attend a working level meeting with local organizers for the preparation of the 2006 EU China Partenariat to be held this November in Chengdu.
