新课标不仅要求教师更新观念,而且要求教师转变角色。从某种意义上说,能否及时准确地做好角色的转型定位,将是新课程能否顺利实施和教育改革能否成功的关键。作为语文教学活动中的一个重要因素,语文教师在新课改实施过程中起着关键作用。为了保障新课程的顺利实施,为了语文教学的进一步完善,更为了每一位学生的发展,语文教师的角色必须转换。
