目的调查县级鼠疫防控机构的鼠疫应急处置与应急管理情况,评价河北省鼠疫防治重点县的鼠疫防控能力。方法选取6个鼠疫防治重点县,制定应急处置与应急管理评价调查表。结果鼠疫应急处置能力评价除丰宁县达到33分外,其余各县分值均在20~30分之间;鼠疫应急管理能力评价除沽源县和丰宁县9分外,其余各县均为7分。结论河北省的鼠疫防治重点县鼠疫综合应急处置能力可以满足现阶段的鼠疫应急工作的需要,但鼠疫应急反应能力还需进一步加强。
Objective To investigate the plague emergency management and emergency management of plague prevention and control agencies at the county level and evaluate the prevention and control of plague in key counties of Hebei Province. Methods Six plague prevention and control key counties were selected and the emergency response and emergency management evaluation questionnaire was drawn up. Results The evaluation of plague emergency response capability except Fengning County reached 33 points, the other counties were between 20 to 30 points. Except for Guyuan and Fengning counties, the evaluation of plague emergency management ability was 7 Minute. Conclusion The comprehensive emergency response capability of Plague in key counties in Hebei Province can meet the needs of the emergency work of plague at this stage, but the emergency response capability of plague need to be further strengthened.
