我厂生产的铆钉枪上的铆钉模,材料为T8A,要求硬度HRC55~58。原来淬火采用钳子夹住φ45毫米处,两头倒换水冷却后,整体油冷。但这种操作方法经常出现:铆钉模头部凹处硬度偏低;φ45×4毫米处的小台易掉圈;使用过程中φ31毫米杆部往往在水冷和油冷的交界面处断裂。因此质量不高。后来我们对铆钉模的失效原因做了具体分析,认为: (1)由于铆钉头凹处淬火冷却条件不好而造成硬度偏低;
