目的探讨子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者血清糖类抗原-125(CA125)、人附睾分泌蛋白4(HE4)和糖类抗原-199(CA199)的表达及临床意义。方法选取2015年1月-2016年9月在该院治疗的EMs患者92例(病例组),同时选取健康妇女90例作为对照组,检测两组血清CA125、HE4和CA199水平。结果病例组血清CA125、HE4和CA199分别为(43.10±4.81)U/ml、(52.80±5.71)pmol/L和(45.10±4.90)U/ml,明显高于对照组[(12.31±3.22)U/ml、(52.80±5.71)pmol/L、(13.62±3.17)U/ml],差异有统计学意义(F=34.567、20.806、37.611,P<0.05);随着r-AFS分期升高,患者血清CA125、HE4和CA199明显升高,差异有统计学意义(F=43.506、47.097、52.118,P<0.05);血清CA125、HE4和CA199单独诊断的灵敏度为56.52%、61.96%和59.78%,特异度为60.00%、56.67%和61.11%;血清CA125、HE4和CA199联合诊断的灵敏度和特异度为84.78%和76.67%。结论 EMs患者血清CA125、HE4和CA199明显升高,且不同r-AFS分期患者相关因子的表达存在明显差异;血清CA125、HE4和CA199对于EMs诊断有一定的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum carbohydrate antigen-125 (CA125), human epididymis secretory protein 4 (HE4) and carbohydrate antigen-199 (CA199) in patients with endometriosis (EMs) Methods 92 patients (case group) with EMs treated in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2016 were selected. 90 healthy women were selected as the control group, and the levels of serum CA125, HE4 and CA199 in both groups were detected. Results The serum levels of CA125, HE4 and CA199 were (43.10 ± 4.81) U / ml, (52.80 ± 5.71) pmol / L and (45.10 ± 4.90) U / ml in the case group and were significantly higher than those in the control group [(12.31 ± 3.22) (52.80 ± 5.71) pmol / L, (13.62 ± 3.17) U / ml], the difference was statistically significant (F = 34.567,20.806,37.611, P <0.05) The serum CA125, HE4 and CA199 levels were significantly higher (F = 43.506,47.097,52.118, P <0.05). The diagnostic sensitivity of serum CA125, HE4 and CA199 alone was 56.52%, 61.96% and 59.78% respectively, The specificity and specificity were 60.00%, 56.67% and 61.11% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of the combined diagnosis of serum CA125, HE4 and CA199 were 84.78% and 76.67%. Conclusions The serum levels of CA125, HE4 and CA199 in patients with EMs were significantly higher than those in patients with different stages of r-AFS. The serum levels of CA125, HE4 and CA199 had some value in the diagnosis of EMs.
