在相同栽培条件下,对鄂烟1号不同叶位叶片的化学成分含量的变化规律进行研究,结果表明:(1)不同叶位叶片的无机非金属元素中,Cl和P随着叶位的变化,其含量变化波动较小,其中Cl的变化最小,且这两种元素的含量变化与叶位不存在相关性。(2)不同叶位叶片的无机金属元素中,Zn的变化程度最大,K、Mn、Ca以及Mg的含量变化均较小。在无机金属元素中,Zn与叶位呈显著相关性,K、Mn、Ca以及Mg与叶位均呈极显著相关。(3)不同叶位叶片的有机成分含量中,烟碱的含量变化最大,总N和总糖的含量变化程度小。烟碱与叶位呈极显著相关性,总N和总糖则与叶位不存在相关性。
Under the same cultivation conditions, the changes of the chemical composition of the leaves at different leaf positions of E-Yan 1 were studied. The results showed that: (1) Among the inorganic non-metallic elements in different leaf positions, Changes, changes in the content of its small fluctuations, of which the smallest changes in Cl, and the content of these two elements and leaf position does not exist correlation.
