痛风是一种嘌呤代谢紊乱所引起的疾病。一般认为在我国甚为罕见。我院于1985年12月～1988年6月共发现8例。报道如下。 临床资料 本组8例全为男性,年龄49～72岁,平均60.5岁。受累部位:8例全部有双足跖趾关节受累,其中2例同时有上肢肩,时或腕关节受累。血尿酸检查除1例为189.9μmol/L外,其余7例均在400μmol/L以上,最高达862.5μmol/L。X线片示受累关节骨端有穿凿样破坏,跖骨头有小囊状透光区。8例中3例未
Gout is a disorder caused by purine metabolism. Generally considered very rare in our country. Our hospital in December 1985 ~ June 1988 were found in 8 cases. Reported as follows. Clinical data The group of 8 patients were all men, aged 49 to 72 years, mean 60.5 years. Affected sites: All 8 patients had metatarsophalangeal metatarsal involvement, including 2 cases with upper extremity shoulder, or wrist involvement. Blood uric acid test except 1 case was 189.9μmol / L, the remaining 7 cases were above 400μmol / L, up to 862.5μmol / L. X-ray showed involvement of the bone end of the bone worn through cutting damage, metatarsal head has a small cystic translucent area. 3 of 8 cases did not
