据货车厂修的要求,制动缸检修须进行外观除锈、分解、清洗和组装。以前我厂均采用人工作业。为改变这种落后的作业方式,我们外购了一台三室通过型清洗机,同时配套设计了立柱旋臂吊、分解工作台和链板传送带,安装于货车分解厂房和制动检修厂房,组成了制动缸检修作业线。全长19米,如图所示。作业程序:旋臂起吊制动缸;放置工作台上分解;送入清洗;完后自动斜滑于传送带上输送;在传送带上组装或自动斜滑到地面上组装。
