随着医学影像技术的不断发展,大大提高医疗诊断水平,CT机已作为常规检查设备,不仅是省市级以上大医院拥有,连许多县级医院也根据各自的情况从各种渠道引进中年期 CT机（主要指使用了一定年限的CT机）,但由于CT机属大型医疗设备,投资较大,使有些医院的投资效益欠佳,其中主要因素之一来自于日常维护和故障检修方面。中年期CT机的维修人员面临常规维护工作量大、移交的技术资料不全、零备件和专用工具缺乏及维修压力大等因素。笔者曾参加安装维修这类机器和交流走访一些医院,就中年期CT机的维护和检修问题谈谈自己的浅见,希望能给使用中年期CT机的维修使用人员以借鉴。
With the continuous development of medical imaging technology, greatly improving the level of medical diagnostics, CT machines have been used as routine examination equipment, not only at provincial and municipal level or above, but also at many county-level hospitals. CT machines (mainly referring to CT machines that used a certain number of years), but because CT machines are large-scale medical equipment, the investment is relatively large, and some hospitals have poor investment results. One of the major factors comes from routine maintenance and troubleshooting. . The maintenance personnel of middle-aged CT machines are faced with a large number of routine maintenance workloads, incomplete transfer of technical data, lack of spare parts and special tools, and maintenance pressure. The author once participated in the installation and maintenance of such machines and exchanged visits to some hospitals to talk about their own views on the maintenance and overhaul of CT scanners in the middle age. I hope that I can use them for the use of CT scanners for middle-aged people.
