我院是一所具有近90年历史的综合医院,遵照党的卫生工作方针和中医政策,加强中医工作.以开展中医急症工作为突破口,保持和发扬中医的特色和优势,从实践中探索出一条在综合医院中建设和发展中医科的新路子.1 努力探索发展中医的优势医院领导一贯重视中医科建设,在制定医院建设发展规划中,始终把中医工作放在一定的位置,定期与中医科负责人交流工作情况,及时解决科室建设中的问题,在中医科建设的整个过程中,始终给予人力、物力和财力的倾斜,使中医科的发展每几年就上一个台阶.
