In order to find the best process conditions, it is necessary to analyze the changes of the components under various reaction conditions and possible side reactions in time. The authors have used potentiometric titration to simultaneously determine the three organic acids (20 min for one sample) of the above reaction scheme in the synthesis solution, which in some cases are susceptible to side reactions. In this paper, the conditions of separation and detection of organic acids in tartaric acid synthesis solution by HPICE method are discussed. The calculation and treatment of the organic acids in tartaric acid synthesis solution are proposed
