由河南省交通厅科学研究所研制的 QRS—1000气压洒布机是我国目前用于道路养护、喷洒乳化沥青的高效、节能的新型洒布机械。该机于1985年10通过省级技术鉴定。该机采用气压原理,喷洒量容易控制。乳化沥青不与运动件接触,有效地解决了齿轮泵输送乳化沥青易破乳、粘结的问题。使用过程中不需要用柴油清洗或明火烧烤,全部采用压缩空气清洗管路。该机将空压机做抽气机使用,成功地使洒布机具有抽吸液体的功能,可做为小型洒水车。
The QRS-1000 air pressure spreader developed by Henan Provincial Communications Department Science Research Institute is a new type of sprinkling machine that is currently used in China for road maintenance and spraying emulsified asphalt with high efficiency and energy saving. The aircraft passed the provincial technical appraisal in 1985. The machine uses pressure principle, easy to control the amount of spray. Emulsified asphalt is not in contact with the moving parts, which effectively solves the problem of easy breaking and bonding of the emulsified asphalt delivered by the gear pump. Do not need to use the process of diesel fuel or open fire BBQ, all using compressed air to clean the pipeline. The air compressor compressor will be used as a suction machine, the success of the sprinkler has the function of suction liquid, can be used as a small sprinkler.
