从1972年开始,我所开展了马铃薯有性杂交育种工作。几年来,我们培育了80个杂交组合的实生苗共14,255株,经过逐年株系、品系、品种鉴定,现已筛选出一批较好的品种(系),其中722-66(马尔科×粗皮红)已于1977年定名为文胜11,在我县繁殖推广。该品种具有抗病、高产、品质好、薯形好、结薯集中、薯块整齐等优点,产量比推广品种马尔科增产一成以上,淀粉含量在18％以上。同时,还选育出一批具有抗病、高产、株矮等特点的优良品系如7410-1、7410-2、731-2、7413-1、741-57等正在作进一步鉴定。通过几年马铃薯新品种选育工作实践,我们有以下几点体会:
Since 1972, I have carried out sexual cross-breeding of potatoes. In recent years, we have fostered a total of 14,255 seedlings of 80 hybrid combinations. After years of strains, lines and varieties identification, we have screened a number of better varieties (lines), of which 722-66 Red) was named Wensheng 11 in 1977, in my county breeding promotion. The variety has the advantages of disease resistance, high yield, good quality, good potato shape, concentrated potato tuber, tidy potato tubers, and the yield is over 18% higher than that of the promotion variety Marco. The starch content is above 18%. At the same time, a number of elite lines with the characteristics of disease resistance, high yield and short stature were also bred. For example, 7410-1, 7410-2, 731-2, 7413-1 and 741-57 were further identified. Through several years of new potato breeding practice, we have the following experience:
