[目的]探明氮肥对甜高粱生长发育的影响。[方法]以醇甜2号为试材,设5个氮肥用量处理,研究氮肥用量对甜高粱光合特性、糖分积累及产量的影响。[结果]拔节期甜高粱的光合作用随着施氮量的增加呈增强趋势,拔节期后其光合作用随施氮水平提高呈先增强再降低的趋势。甜高粱糖分积累和产量随施氮水平的提高均呈先升高后降低的趋势,以施氮量为225kg/hm2处理的效果最好,其次是150、300和75kg/hm2,不施氮的效果最差。回归分析结果表明,施氮对甜高粱成熟期锤度、茎杆产量、籽粒产量的效应均可较好地用二次曲线回归方程进行拟合(P<0.0001)。[结论]氮肥对甜高粱的光合作用有明显调节作用,对茎杆糖分含量有一定影响。甜高粱茎杆和籽粒产量在施氮量为225kg/hm2时最高。
[Objective] The research aimed to find out the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on the growth and development of sweet sorghum. [Method] With alcohol sweet 2 as test material and 5 nitrogen fertilizer treatments, the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on photosynthetic characteristics, sugar accumulation and yield of sweet sorghum was studied. [Result] The photosynthesis of sweet sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L.) at jointing stage showed an increasing trend with the increase of nitrogen application rate. After photosynthesis, photosynthesis increased and then decreased at the jointing stage. The sugar accumulation and yield of sweet sorghum tended to increase at first and then decrease with the increase of nitrogen application rate. The best nitrogen application rate was 225 kg / hm2, followed by 150, 300 and 75 kg / hm2, The worst effect. Regression analysis showed that the effect of nitrogen application on the brix, stem yield and grain yield of sweet sorghum at maturity could be fitted well by the quadratic regression equation (P <0.0001). [Conclusion] The nitrogen fertilizer could obviously regulate the photosynthesis of sweet sorghum and had certain influence on the sugar content of the stem. The yield of sweet sorghum stalks and grains was the highest when the nitrogen application rate was 225kg / hm2.
