首先介绍国内外信息资源共享平台组织体系和管理规范概况。论述了平台组织体系,即以管理委员会为核心、基金委员会支持、专家委员会指导的体系结构。最后提出需确立5个主要管理规范,即资源共享绩效评估规范、建设项目管理规范和建设子项目管理规范、成本和经费管理规范、数据质量管理规范、成员馆管理规范。
First introduced at home and abroad information resources sharing platform organization system and management practices profile. Discusses the platform organization system, that is, the management committee as the core, fund committee support, expert committee guidance system structure. Finally, it is proposed to establish five major management practices, namely resource sharing performance evaluation standard, construction project management standard and construction sub-project management standard, cost and expense management standard, data quality management standard and member hall management standard.
