通过对FGKM、SGKM在知识生命周期、知识处理过程、知识结构、组织学习等方面的分析,提出了第二代知识管理理论的一些新观点。
Through the analysis of FGKM and SGKM in knowledge life cycle, knowledge process, knowledge structure and organizational learning, some new ideas of the second generation knowledge management theory are proposed.
