本文概述了企业信息化进程,探讨了企业信息化与财务管理职能变革之间的关系。通过分析制造企业管理信息化进程及其对财务管理的影响,结合所在企业现状,提出了在新的管理环境下,财务管理职能要进行适应性的转变。并以此为出发点,从财务人员素质、财务会计核算、内部控制等方面,结合自身实际工作进行具体分析,以期为有效的发挥制造企业财务管理职能提供有益参考。
This article outlines the process of enterprise information, explores the relationship between enterprise information and financial management functions change. By analyzing the process of manufacturing enterprise management informatization and its impact on financial management, combined with the status quo of the enterprises, put forward that in the new management environment, the financial management functions should be changed adaptively. And take this as the starting point, carry on the concrete analysis from the aspects of financial personnel quality, financial accounting, internal control and so on, with actual work of their own, in order to provide useful reference for the effective development of the financial management function of manufacturing enterprises.
