今年是实施“十一五”规划的最后一年,也是谋划“十二五”发展、加速辽宁全面振兴的关键之年。深入贯彻落实科学发展观,紧紧抓住中央进一步实施东北地区等老工业基地振兴战略和辽宁沿海经济带开发建设上升为国家战略的历史机遇,党中央和国务院高度关注辽宁的发展。
This year marks the final year of implementing the 11th Five-Year Plan and also the key year for planning the development of the 12th Five-Year Plan and speeding up the overall revitalization of Liaoning. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council paid close attention to implementing the scientific concept of development, firmly grasped the historic opportunity of the central authorities in further implementing the revitalization strategy of the old industrial bases in northeast China and the development and construction of Liaoning’s coastal economic belt and upgrading them to national strategies.
