对石油产品,基本有机原料来说,硫化物的存在常常是非常有害的。特别是聚合级乙烯丙烯对硫含量要求十分高,国内几套进口装置都要求将硫含量控制在1ppm 以下。国际标准草案和计划草案中推荐了两种标准方法:氢氧焰燃烧法(wockbold 法)(ISO/DIS4260)和微库仑法(ISO/TC 47/SC 14N 108)。同时我们也查阅了其它先进国家测硫的标准及有关分析硫的文献。综合上述资料,由于检测对象不同,要求检测浓度不同,目前各国累计有近20种硫的分析方法列入标准之中。它们大致可分为三大类:一、氧化法:如氢氧焰燃
For petroleum products, basic organic materials, the presence of sulfides is often very harmful. Especially the polymerization grade ethylene propylene sulfur content requirements are very high, several sets of imported devices are required to control the sulfur content below 1ppm.
