由于油画色彩所具有的丰富性和力度感,因此常被人们形容为绘画中的交响乐。而色调具有的丰富表现力与情感力量,可以直接架起一座艺术家与观众的心灵桥梁。善于运用好油画中的色调,不仅能表现对象丰富的色彩变化及整体气氛,还能达到以色抒情、以色传神的效果。纵观油画发展史,我们发现,在不同的绘画发展阶段的作品具有明显的时代精神;从个人角度来看,画家们无论是在进行写生或创作的过程中,无不像在哺育自己的孩子一样,投入大量的情感,这些情感伴随着色调一起溶入作品的诞生过程中,使每一幅油画作品都有一种能表达画家的思想与情感。本文通过介绍色调的基本概况,影响色调的主客观因素,以及西方画家对色调的运用,加以总结得出油画中色调的情感表达与意境表现在作画中的重要性。
