介绍了苏里格东部气田和中部气田结合各自区块的特点和建设现状开展了无人值守站试验。东部气田形成了“站场无人值守,运行远程监控、事故紧急关断、故障人工排除”的管理模式;中部气田形成了“有人值守、定时巡检、远程通知、站内操作”的管理模式。通过分析这两种不同管理模式的优缺点和实用范围,提出了优化完善的建议,对实现气田数字化管理和用工总量的控制有着重要的意义。
This paper introduces the characteristics and construction status of the eastern Sulige gas field and the central gas field in combination with the respective blocks and launches the unmanned station test. The eastern gas field has formed a management mode of “standing unmanned station, remote monitoring of operation, emergency shutdown of the accident and manual troubleshooting of troubles ”; the central gas field has formed a system of “manned, timed inspection, remote notification and station operation” Management mode. By analyzing the advantages, disadvantages, and practicalities of these two different management modes, the suggestion of optimization and perfection is put forward, which is of great significance to realize the digital management and total employment control of the gas field.
