安定[Diazepam]在1963年用于临床。以往多认为此药药效强,应用范围广,副作用小,安全度大,成为风靡一时的抗焦虑药;近年来发现,由于滥用和使用不当。不良反应和意外事故并非少见。为此,本文综述了有关文献资料,以提醒使用者的注意。一、一般副作用较少而轻,常见的有口干、食欲下降、头晕、无力、嗜睡、困倦、便秘。个别人可出现兴奋不安、失眠、皮疹。量大时可有震颤、共济失调、视力模糊,还能引起粒细胞降低。但也有人每日用量40毫克持续4天以上,出现战慄、恐惧、失
