患者35岁,因下腹迅迅速增大伴腹胀半月于1989年7月16号入院。既往身体健康,月经13岁初潮,周期(3-4)/(28-30),量中等;孕3产3,末次分娩已2年,月经尚未复潮。发病前3个月肩关节疼痛,拟诊为肩周炎经多方治疗无效。轻度贫血貌,血压13.3/9.3kPa,心肺正常,血常规、尿常规、肝、肾功能正常。腹部膨隆如足月妊娠大小,移动性浊音阳性。妇科检查:外阴经产式;阴道正常;宫体正常大小,活动;下腹及
