随着B超仪性能的不断改进,扫描技术的日益提高,对于胎儿骨骼的观测愈来愈细致,应用长骨测量观测胎儿宫内生长发育及早期诊断骨骼畸形,在国外已广泛开展,但在国内,对于肱骨、胫骨、尺骨测量报告甚少,我们对256例正常单胎胎儿进行长骨测量,旨在建立本地区胎儿各长骨的周增长率及正常生长发育曲线,作为予测胎龄,监测胎儿宫内生长发育及诊断骨骼畸形的依据。1 材料和方法1.1 研究对象 为256例单胎、妊娠16~41周之正常胎儿,除按末次月经计算胎龄外,并用B超测定双顶径进行核对,二者符合者列入本研究范围。
