应用普鲁卡因等局麻药物,常常出现一些不良反应,有时可发生严重的中毒,甚至引起死亡。临床上往往把这些反应,都归咎于药物过敏。但是很多学者(Steinhaus,J.E.1950;Moore,D.C.1955;Good-man,L.S.and Gilman,A.1955)都曾指出,局麻药物过敏,是极其少见的。如果我们仔细分析一下国内外局麻药物中毒死亡的病例,就不难看出很多都是无确凿根据地,将死亡原因推到过敏性反应上去。L.Meyer(1958)也曾指出,局麻药物过敏而引起死
The use of procaine and other local anesthetics, there are often some adverse reactions, and sometimes serious poisoning can occur, and even cause death. Clinically, these reactions are often attributed to drug allergies. However, many scholars (Steinhaus, J.E. 1950; Moore, D.C. 1995; Good-man, L.S. and Gilman, A.1955) have pointed out that allergy to local anesthetics is extremely rare. If we carefully analyze the cases of death from local anesthetic poisoning at home and abroad, it is not hard to see that many of them are based on unproved evidence and pushed the cause of death up to the allergic reaction.
