3月31日,已有31个国家通过成为创始会员国。另据报道,财政部确认已提交书面确认函,预计将在4月加入的国家有15个;此外,还有6个国家或地区已表示申请。申请国家遍及亚洲、欧洲、非洲、南美洲和大洋洲,一股“亚投行热”在全球范围内掀起。由于内政外交政策差异,各方加入亚投行的决策过程不尽相同,有些颇为顺利,还有些观望犹豫、最终放弃。透过这些决策过程,可以切实感受到各方对于中国发展与合作共赢理念的认同,对构建利益均沾、繁荣共享“命运共同体”的期许。
On March 31, 31 countries passed the founding membership. It was also reported that the Ministry of Finance confirmed that it had submitted a written confirmation letter and estimated 15 countries will join in April. In addition, six other countries have already indicated their applications. Application countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, South America and Oceania, a “AIIB hot” set off in the world. Due to the differences in domestic and foreign policies, the decision-making process of parties joining the AIIB is not the same. Some of them are quite smooth and some wait and see hesitate to give up eventually. Through these decision-making processes, we can truly feel the agreement of all parties on the concept of win-win development and cooperation in China and the expectation of building a shared community of interests and prosperity.
