原以为凭自己在一家鞋厂成型组干了5年组长的丰富经验.辞职后在东莞这个有5000多家鞋厂的城市找份待遇不错的工作应当不难。谁知,我找了半个月还一无所获,甚至连应聘小小领班的机会都没出现过。这天,我终于接到厚街一家台资鞋业公司的面试电话,管人事的小姐把我领到了成型科主管的厂务办公室。来自台湾的主管正襟危坐在大班椅上,一脸严肃:“你是来应聘成型组长的?那你先跟我去车间走一趟。”到了车间,他要我操作了几道工序,我又快又好地完成了。看样子,他对我比较满意,脸色缓和不少。回到办公室,他又提问了:“你的简历我看过了,你在那个厂也是组长,为什么要跳槽?”
