从20世纪90年代中期以来,对《红楼梦》的研究就开始集中于女性主义批评方面。一直以来,《红楼梦》的性别意识问题就存在较多的争议,分歧主要集中于女性崇拜论、男性文人论、双性和谐论这几个方面。也有学者从女性主义批评的角度,对《红楼梦》中的人物形象进行了全新的解读;也有学者将《红楼梦》与古典戏剧、现代小说等进行对比,分析了女性意识的异同、发展等问题;还有学者将《红楼梦》与西方文学进行比较,从新的角度对《红楼梦》进行了解读。这些论述,都有其各自的价值和特点,但也有其问题和缺陷。对于《红楼梦》的女性悲剧研究采取客观公正的态度。
Since the mid 90s of the 20th century, the study of A Dream of Red Mansions has been focused on feminist criticism. All along, there are more controversies about gender awareness in A Dream of Red Mansions. The disagreements mainly focus on women’s worship theory, male literati theory and bisexual harmony theory. Some scholars have also made a totally new reading of the characters in A Dream of Red Mansions from the angle of feminist criticism. Some scholars have also compared “A Dream of Red Mansions” with classical dramas and modern novels, and analyzed the similarities and differences of women’s awareness and their development. Some scholars also compared “Dream of Red Mansions” with western literature and interpreted “Dream of Red Mansions” from a new perspective. These discourses have their own values and characteristics, but also have their own problems and flaws. Take an objective and fair attitude towards the study of female tragedies in A Dream of Red Mansions.
