政治路线确定之后,干部就是决定的因素。真正把德才兼备的优秀人才选拔到各级领导岗位上来,建立健全干部选拔任用法规体系尤为重要。《干部任用条例》顺应时代要求,坚持与时俱进,是干部选拔任用工作从人治走向法治的重要里程碑。我们必须用好这一法规,坚持用好的制度选贤任能,努力建设高素质的党政领导干部队伍。
After the political line is established, cadres are the deciding factor. It is particularly important to select the outstanding talents with both ability and political integrity at all levels of leadership and establish and improve the system of selecting and appointing cadres. The Regulations on the Appointment of Officials follow the demands of the times and adhering to keeping pace with the times are important milestones in the process of selecting and appointing cadres from the people’s ruling to the rule of law. We must make good use of this law, stick to the system of selecting and using good people and make every effort to build a contingent of leading cadres of high quality.
