以紫外分光光度法测定了消食冲剂中总黄酮的含量。其含量为０．２２６％，ＲＳＤ＝１．４２％。该方法简便易行，重现性好，可用于控制该制剂的质量。
The content of total flavonoids in Xiaoshi granules was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Its content is 0.226% and RSD=1.42%. The method is simple and easy to perform, has good reproducibility, and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
