通过对两组严重创伤病人急性期代谢情况观察，为临床中药配合治疗，制定相应护理措施提供依据。观察对象分２组，每组１００例，治疗组应用地鳖虫合剂内服，对照组不用中药，分别观察病人体温及血清蛋白和血糖等的变化。结果显示治疗组病人创伤后应激反应的缓解情况明显优于对照组，经统计学处理有显著和非常显著差异。据此提出严重创伤者在进行手术治疗的同时，配合中药土鳖虫合剂治疗，对解除病人痛苦，促进机体功能早期恢复，减少后遗症等具有重要的意义
Through the observation of the metabolic status of the two groups of severe trauma patients in the acute phase, the basis for the development of the corresponding care measures for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Observed subjects were divided into 2 groups, 100 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with astragalus mixture orally and the control group was not used with traditional Chinese medicine. Changes in body temperature, serum albumin, and blood glucose were observed. The results showed that the relief of post-traumatic stress responses in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group. Statistically significant and very significant differences were noted. Therefore, it is important to provide serious surgical treatment for the severely traumatized patients and to treat them with the combination of the traditional Chinese medicine and soil worms to relieve the patient’s pain, promote the early recovery of body functions, and reduce sequelae.
