作者于1990年11月起应邀在日本佐贺医科大学附属病院检查部进行科技交流。现以亲身经历和见闻,对佐贺医科大学附属病院检查科情况做一介绍。日本佐贺医科大学附属病院现有病床600张,每日门诊500～600人。其检查部包括紧急检查室(急诊化验室)、生化检查室、血液检查室、血清检查室(包括免疫和血库)、微生物检查室、生理检查室(包括心电、脑电、呼吸机能检查)、病理检查室(包括临床病理和脱落细胞)及中央病案室。除后三者外,即相当于我国的检验科。检查部(除中央病案室)有工作人员28名(部长1名、技师长1名、医师4名、主任检查技师3名、技师17名、其他人员2名,其中1名兼秘书)。据所知,该检查部是于10年前随佐贺医科大学附属病院的开院而建立的。由于是新建医院,所以整个检查部的常规工作和管理工作现代化水平很
The author was invited to conduct scientific and technological exchanges at the Inspection Department of the Saga Medical University Hospital in Japan in November 1990. With personal experience and information, I will introduce the situation of the Surgical Hospital of Saga Medical University. There are 600 beds in the affiliated hospital of Saga Medical University in Japan, and 500 to 600 outpatients per day. The inspection department includes an emergency examination room (emergency laboratory), a biochemical examination room, a blood examination room, a serum examination room (including an immunization and blood bank), a microbiology examination room, and a physiological examination room (including electrocardiogram, electroencephalography, and respiratory function tests). , pathological examination room (including clinical pathology and exfoliated cells) and the Central Medical Record Room. With the exception of the latter three, it is equivalent to our country’s laboratory. The inspection department (except the Central Medical Record Room) has 28 staff members (1 minister, 1 technician, 4 doctors, 3 chief inspection technicians, 17 technicians, and 2 other staff members, including 1 secretary). As far as I know, the inspection department was established 10 years ago with the opening of a hospital attached to Saga Medical University. Because it is a new hospital, the general level of routine work and management of the entire inspection department is very high.
