标准化是档案工作发展的必然趋势,是实现现代化管理的基础,越来越引起档案部门的关注和重视。最近几年各地陆续制订一些业务规定、要求来推行,这应该被看作是我国档案标准化工作的第一步,这样标准化不再限于理论上的探讨,而变成了具体的实践。总结这一段标准化的初步实践过程,应当说有进展,取得一些成绩,是个良好开端。但从全面看,进展迟缓,收效不大显着。原因何在呢,除了标准本身不够完善系统之外,主要还在于对标准化的实践问题注意得不够,解决得不好。由此使我们想到,认真解决好标准化实践中的一些问题是非常必要的。首先要加强宣传工作,解决好认识问题。在这几年的工作中,我们常遇到这样的情况:
Standardization is an inevitable trend in the development of archives work. It is the basis for the realization of modern management and has drawn more and more attention and attention from archival departments. In recent years, various localities have successively formulated some business rules and requirements for their implementation. This should be regarded as the first step toward the standardization of archives in our country.
