1979年,我县自筹资金四万元,省资助二万元,建起了一幢五百平方米的新档案馆库。近几年来,在县委、县政府的重视与关怀下,我们以改革为动力,立足现有条件,加强库房管理,收到显著成效。我们是怎样开展库房管理工作的呢? (一) 制订严格的库房管理制度俗话说,没有规矩不成方圆。库房管理也是这样,如果没有完善的规章制度,要管理好库房就没有一定的准绳。1980年,全局同志经过认真反复的讨论修改,制订了库房管理制度,制度一经订立,就严格执行,并落实到岗位责任制中去,作为年终评比的条件,以保证其贯彻执行。
