公路发达与否是一个地区的经济发展水平和社会文明程度的重要标志。本文指出了一级公路养护成本控制的意义,并针对当前养护成本控制中存在的弊端,提出降低养护成本,作好养护维修的预防性决策、开展预防性养护、强化工程质量管理、加大养护技术的研究力度、正确核算一级公路养护建设成本等控制措施。
Whether a highway is developed or not is an important indicator of the level of economic development and social civilization in a region. This paper points out the significance of controlling the cost of primary road maintenance. In view of the disadvantages in the current maintenance cost control, the paper puts forward some measures to reduce the cost of maintenance, make precautionary decisions on maintenance and preventive maintenance, carry out preventive maintenance, strengthen project quality management, Technical research efforts, the correct accounting of a highway maintenance and construction costs and other control measures.
