打破“三铁”,转换企业经营机制势在必行,生活在这片土地上的人们开始惊醒了,人们第一次在过惯了四平八稳的生活后开始对手中的“饭碗”产生了忧患。人们不得不接受这样一个事实:社会主义只能提供给人们以吃饭的机会 但不能让人人端着“铁饭碗”,个个吃着“大锅饭”。
It is imperative to break the “three railways” and transform the operating mechanism of enterprises. People living on this land are starting to wake up. People for the first time have been worried about the “rice bowls” of their opponents after they have used their life. People have to accept the fact that socialism can only provide people with the opportunity to eat, but they can’t let everyone carry the “iron rice bowl” and eat “big pot rice.”
