目的研究集束化护理管理在老年患者压疮护理中的应用价值。方法选择我院收治的老年压疮患者100例,使用随机数表的方法将其分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施集束化护理,对比两组的护理结局。结果对照组的治愈率低于观察组,两组间的差异明显,P<0.05。结论在老年压疮患者的护理中应用集束化护理管理能够提高压疮的治愈率,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the value of cluster nursing management in elderly patients with pressure ulcer care. Methods 100 elderly patients with pressure ulcer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 50 cases using random number table. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group received intensive care. The nursing of the two groups was compared ending. Results The cure rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions The application of cluster nursing management in elderly patients with pressure ulcer can improve the cure rate of pressure ulcers and is worthy of clinical promotion.
