在理论设计分析的基础上,通过场地粉碎试验,得出棉秸秆粉碎的最优参数组合,采用合理的锤片数量和刀轴转速的组合,进一步提高棉秸秆的粉碎性能,为棉秸秆揉丝粉碎机的研制提供理论基础。
On the basis of theoretical design and analysis, the optimum parameters of cotton stalk shredding were obtained through field crushing test. The combination of reasonable number of hammer flanks and spindle speed further enhanced the crushing performance of cotton stalk, Grinding machine to provide the theoretical basis for the development.
